Co-owner Neil Morrison:
Since 2001 I have mananged and completed over 40+ Rehab and property flips. In addition to being co-owner of Fulmor Inc, I am also the President of MREC Group Inc which specializes in NOD Default/Wholesale Properties – Fix and Flips, co-owner and developer of Enchambered Live Escape Adventures in Sacramento, CA. and co-owner of Invictus Real Estate Services Brokered By eXp Realty. In 2004, i became a Tax Default Specialist and an REO Specialist in 2006.
Co-owner Richard Fulwider Jr.:
I have worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. I am actively involved in 3 different general contracting corporations. Over the years I have built more than 15 complete homes from the ground up in the Northern California region. Since 1990, I have framed over 2000 tract homes, over 500 apartment complexes, completed a half dozen or more restaurant commercial tenant improvement projects and if that isn’t enough, I have also completed over 100 kitchen and bathroom remodels.
